Inside The LPGA tonight

Inside The LPGA can be heard tonight at 7pm EDT at PrimeSportsNetwork.com. Karen and I will be previewing the CN Canadian Women's Open and discussing Olympic golf, among other things. If you miss the live show, you can listen to the archive of it anytime over the next seven days.

An international cast of the world's best golfers are on display every week at any tour event. Adding golf to the Olympics, a sport that requires expensive equipment, many acres and quality instruction from an early age to be competitive, would not grow the game.

Actually geographic diversity of top golfers is rather poor - 89 of top 100 players represent only 6 countries (USA, KOR, SWE, AUS, JPN and TWN). I don't think olympics is a solution, though...

I have a different take than your other commenters at Mostly Harmless. Actually wrote it before I listened to your podcast....
