Kristina Tucker's rookie blog on lpga.com has a first-hand account of how a conditional-status player has to wait out getting a spot in tournaments. Not only was she unable to play the Arkansas event (which got washed out anyway), she missed a chance to play the final Futures Tour event. What a bummer!
